Hisone to Masotan: First impression

Hello guys! It has been quite a while since last time, am I right? I was at a Journalism festival at Perugia, it was really fun, maybe in a few days I'll upload an article about that but today we are not here for a stupid city in the middle of Italy, today this blog has once again a date with Japanese culture.

Yes my friends! For those of you who follow anime world the name quoted in the title should remind something to you, if it doesn't just follow me along this article to understand what are we talking about today.

This dragon is so cool

About two days ago was uploaded first episode of Hisone to Masotan, the series is about a girl who wants to do something that only she can do, pretty common right? In every anime there is a girl/boy who wants to get to do something special. The touch of originality lays in what the girl is able to do, and she can fly inside (inside not on board, will explain why in a minute) a dragon. Wait, there is more, she can fly inside a dragon that transforms into a jet in order to defend Japan whenever needed without being noticed.

WTF?!

I mean this is strange, and what is even stranger is the fact that in order to pilot the dragon the aviator needs to be eaten... OMG This is the crazy kind of originality that can be found in just some anime. I was waiting for the series and I thought that it would have been good, infact it revealed itself very godd (please you have to get the pun)

The style is strange and different from the typical one, there are less details, stroke is more uncertain and colors are less vibrant, character design is poor but I mean Keep It Simple right?

This girl is dumb AF and she dresses as Yurio from Yuri on Ice

There is a scene in which the protagonist flies inside the dragon and is able to see outside, that is really cool, unfortunately I don't have on hand a screenshot and I am lazy so don't want to do it right now, maybe you'll be able to find it on the internet or just watch first episode (last option seems more reasonable)

So, for what I've seen until now, the anime is good, drawing style is not good but different (Looks like Mob Psycho 100), plot is a bit absurde in a positive way so I'll recommend it to those of you who want to see a random anime that has a touch of strange/stupid/odd originality
