Rise of the Tomb Raider, Lara Croft wins again?

I wanted to do a full review of this game for a bit and now, with a perfect timinig, i finished the game, still have to find everything though I'm at 64%. This won't be the only time we are going to talk about this game, because I have to play also some online and some DLC (Craft-villa and stuff like that).

Now without furthet ado let's dive into the review

I've been a great fan of this series since 2010 when they launched Lara Croft and the guardian of  light, which is by the way a great game, I played tomb raider 2013 and completed it to 100% and I'm going to do the same with this one.

Now.

The plot is amazing, I was hooked from the start and, I have to confess, I left The Witcher to play this game.

Graphics on the pc is amazing and I'm getting decent framerates, above 60fps, with 970 and i5 4690 on 1080p ultra settings. I remember playing the last one on the xbox 360 and it looked pretty good (obviously nothing compared to the latest game on a badass PC) but I think that playing on the ps4 is going to be the same damn good experience.

Comands, also with the keyboard, are retard-proof so playability is not going to be an issue but, all along the game, I had some issues like bugs, for example in Kites (sorry if I don't have on the keyboard the s with the pointy thing on top of it) I fell literally twenty times because the ice axes slid on an ice surface. Nothing too serious but keep in mind that maybe you'll have to face some problems (or maybe I was high while playing so I couldn't get right the combo to pass that point).

I'm not a player that ends everything as fast as possible but just to end the plot I needed something like 14 hours, and now I'm at 64% of the game and I'll probably end everything within the 50 hours. Then you have online.
Replayability is very important and I feel that, after playing it all at high difficulty, I'm not going to play it all again in extreme mode, my mindset tells me that once the game is finished is finished and I don't have to replay it thousands and thousands of times (apart from Skyrim that I replayed it tons of times ending in all possible manners).

This time Lara is going to be in Siberia, in the absolute middle of nowhere but settings are matrepices, particularly when you are in the tombs or when you are in Kites. If you are going to buy it/you have already played it maybe replay it and keep an eye on interesting settings

Up here some examples, you really can't tell that these aren't beautiful.
Almost forgot! Some puzzles are really complicated, the observatory one was very difficult for me, I'll leave you a link for a guide in case you are interested in understanding if it difficult for real or if I was just high once again here (in the meanwhile I just realized the incredible difference that lies between pc and console graphics)

As for retail price, PC wise, you can find it on steam at 49.99 which is crazy (I bought it for 16.99 during a sale) so you should wait, if you really cant and you have to buy it just get a copy from amazon that sells them at 35.00-ish.

Ps4/Xbox One wise i don't really know, I saw some offers on amazon with the game at 30-ish but I don't know if it comes with some DLCs or not.

In the end does Lara win? Of course she wins... She always wins! (after destroying half the world, who has already played at least a title of Tomb raider will understand)

LARA GOES AND DESTRUCTION FOLLOWS

So, hope you guys enjoyed this little review, limited to the plot and half-ish of the game, I'll continue playing and when I'll have finished it to 100%, and after some online, I'll publish a full review about it.

Peace, See Nya
